Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Travalur pre-launch website and waitlist. It does not describe the future Travalur product.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Pavel Charkasau, sole proprietor, ul. Garbary 100, 61-757 Poznań, Poland, NIP 7831856003. You can contact us at privacy@travalur.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you enter and the records needed to manage your consent.
- Your email address
- Your type of business, if you choose to provide it
- Your language
- Confirmation, consent, and status timestamps
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm your request, manage the waitlist, and send you early-access updates. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Giving us your email address is voluntary, but without it we cannot add you to the waitlist. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Email confirmation
We use double opt-in. After you submit the form, we send you a link to a confirmation page. We add you to the waitlist only after you confirm there.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed requests are removed after 7 days. Confirmed waitlist data is kept for up to 24 months, unless you withdraw consent earlier. We may keep a minimal record of an opt-out so that we do not write to you again.
Who helps us process it
We use service providers only where needed to run the site and deliver email.
- Fly.io for hosting the website, the PostgreSQL database, and our mail server in Stockholm, Sweden
- Pingram, formerly NotificationAPI, for sending confirmation emails through its EU service endpoint
- Amazon Web Services for delivering mail sent from our Travalur mailbox
International transfers
Where a provider makes personal data available outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or optional cookies on this pre-launch site. Essential technical storage may be used only when needed for security or for the form to work.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to processing where the law provides these rights. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@travalur.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.
- Contact us at privacy@travalur.com
- You may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland at uodo.gov.pl
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the service or its data use changes. Where the law requires it, we will explain material changes before they take effect.
